951018 Track construction machine laying concrete ties and then threading rails onto the newly laid ties in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. The machine is supplied by a long string of cars loaded with the concrete ties via shuttles that run from car to car over the top of the train. The front of the construction train is pulled by a large bulldozer; past the tie placement machine, everything else in the train is already running on the newly laid rails.
