of this extensive document. However, this book covers much
more ground, going well beyond ISO containers. The book,
organized differently from the original document, also
examines the concepts behind each type of equipment.

pages. (Binder not included but available at office supply

Fifty black and white
illustrations are from many locations around the U.S. and
Europe.
