031182 Early version of the left rear corner of the Bahnbau Robl industrial section of my model railroad. To fill up an empty corner, I used models of a fuel storage facility. However, since building this version, I've come to the conclusion that the logic dictates that the industry should have more vehicle storage and office space, so the fuel facility will be replaced with a structure that has garage space on the lower level and office space above.

The tanker truck is a Wiking model; the medium duty Kalmar forklift was built from a Kibri kit, as was the main shop building at left.

The Bahnbau Robl (Railroad Construction Robl) project is an attempt to depict the home base of a fictional European railroad construction contractor. (I model primarily Austrian prototype in HO scale.) For an introductory page with an overview of the project, follow this link.
