Introductory model railroad page

Though most of the images on my Web site are intended to show my photographic work, both in terms of what is available from my stock photography collection and the types of work I can do on assignment, this page is more oriented to showing off work on my model railroad, primarily to others interested in model railroading.

Of course, I'll also provide these images as stock photos and photograph (and even assemble) model railroad scenes on assignment, if these are appropriate to a client's needs. (And, in a way, these images also show that I can handle lighting and photography of small objects, in addition to photographing transportation and travel subjects on location.)

My model railroad is based on Austrian (European) prototype. Click here for additional information on the general concepts of the layout. The layout is in HO (1:87) scale.

The "Banhbau Robl" project A major project for 2003-2004 consists of depicting the home base of a fictional railroad construction contractor. This project not only incorporates previously built structures but also provides the opportunity to model a variety of specialized railroad and construction equipment. 	011261 Kibriplatz (Kibri Square) is part of an industrial and residential suburb of the main town (Mittelstadt) on my layout. This is a work-in-progress photo, as there are still scenic details remaining to be completed.
