051004 Center for National Response (CNR) logo on administrative building. The CNR is a federal facility in West Virginia for training civilian and military emergency responders to deal with actual or suspected weapons of mass destruction (WMD) incidents, particularly with search and rescue in confined spaces such as tunnels. It uses an abandoned highway tunnel as its main training area.

The three symbols at the top of the logo stand for nuclear (radiological), chemical, and biological hazards.
